Chipotle interview questions

I applied for the job online then got a call from the manager about two weeks later asking if I was available for a group interview the following day. The interview was about an hour before the store opened, so we all sat in the lobby. The group interview consisted of two other people, which I was happy with because I was expecting a larger group. The group interview took about 15 minutes and once done the manager said he will be calling us shortly after. About three hours later I got a call for a second interview. This interview lasted about thirty minutes and was one on one.

First two interviews are mainly question based like normal interviews. The third interview they give you is when you get to go behind the scenes and view the work they do. You meet all the crew members, and it's really informative.
