I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Melbourne, FL) in May 2015
Interview
Terrible experience. I applied tuesday got a call Thursday and was asked to come in on a Saturday. Was completely disorganized. I waited a few minutes then finally a girl came out and started to do the interview a few minutes in she stopped and said they were too busy and said they would have to call me back (fair enough I thought). Except I never got a call. I got an email about a week later saying they couldn't hire me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process was EXCEEDINGLY long. Two phone interviews, two in-person interviews. It seemed that I was repeating the same answers over and over again. Also, several of the in-person questions were inappropriate: asking about my hobbies, my family, things of that nature.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Be prepared to speak entirely about how you and people interact. They care nothing for any of your previous numerical accomplishments, they only care about PEOPLE. Did you promote anyone in your career? Did you help anyone grow? How?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
First a phone screening, It was pretty relaxed and the interviewer seemed genuinely interested in my personality. The interview lasted an hour and we talked at length about how the company and position works.
Next was an in-person interview with my would be boss and another Regional IT specialist. Met up at a coffee shop and talked at length about how the position would actually work. The interview was very relaxed (it was even mentioned that I could have showed up in jeans and a T-Shirt, though I wouldn't try it, business casual preferred though). Was informed of a decision about 3 days after the second interview.
