Interview
First I completed the application Friday, April/24/2015 I waited about a week later then I got an email saying I have to come in for an interview on a Monday Or Tuesday between 2-4. I Went to the interview on a Tuesday and talked to the General manager telling her what I can do to help make the company even better than it already is . I informed her I'm motivated ambitious and determined to work hard for this company . She asked me to describe myself and I told her I'm energetic, team player ,leader and I'm good with people . She also asked what do I know about chipotle and I simply told her how strict the company is with there cutting and customer service . Show dedication show that you care for the store. Also ask questions before she ask you do you have any for her . They love questions .I got a second interview for the following day . Had the second interview with the kitchen manager for about 5 minutes asking the same type of questions then he went to the back and got confirmation from the gm whom interviews me the previous day . He came back and I was hired ! After it will take about a week or 2 tops to start working due to the process you have to you through .

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Garden Grove, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied online. Got a call a week later in the evening. They were interviewing several people at the time, but it was still a 1:1 interview. The hiring manager and I spoke at a table outside in a very relaxed environment. It lasted for about 10-15 minutes, and she was very nice and easy to talk to. However, they were interviewing several people at the time and the chances of getting hired looked very slim, but possible.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Duluth, GA) in May 2015
Interview
I arrived and there were about 20-25 other kids there applying as well, mostly all in college. We were all instructed to sit on the back patio and wait while the GM called us one by one to his table to interview. Because there were so many people, the interviews were a little rushed and i did not feel I had had the proper chance to really sell myself. Have not yet received a call back about whether or not they want me for a second interview. Chances are slim though because I was one of the few high schoolers amongst the sea of college kids.
