I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Chipotle (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Fun but LONG... 7 interviews total (including two out of town interviews). For me this company was a natural fit but I was still challenged aggressively to make sure I was a good fit. I appreciated that because I am looking for a company that is a good fit for me as well. If your passion is for the development of those around you - this could be a great company for you. Its obvious that Chipotle has a lot of pride in their people and process so they are very picky about who they bring in from the outside. So in that sense some of the interviews I felt like they wanted me to 'prove' that I was good enough (but in a mostly good way). I really enjoyed the interviews I had overall and am excited to begin.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chipotle (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2014
Interview
very relaxed, and crew oriented, always asked if you were a team member, also focused on loss prevention from giving extra to throwing a way food. they also focus on attendance, and ability to pick up quickly.

Question 1
what would you like to achieve working in our company?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Santa Clara, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a very laid back one on one interview. It only lasted about ten minutes with pretty typical questions. Make sure to know the mission statement of Chipotle and why you want to work there. Look up how the company started and know general background. They also asked me to tell a little bit about myself. It was a very typical interview so as long as you have the basic questions rehearsed and in your head, you should be fine.
