I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Boynton Beach, FL) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online through the company website. Couple of days later, I got an email for an interview at the location near me. The first interview was with a group of 4 people, including me. The GM and the service manager was there asking us questions. We had to wait close to 20 mins for the interview to start. They asked us, why u wanna work here, whats your previous job experience and etc. They said there is 3 job interviews to get the job at Chipotle. After, the first one, I got a call for the 2nd job interview, an hour later after the 1st one. The 2nd job interview is the next day after the 1st one. So I come the next one, and they narrow it down between me and black teenage girl. The GM and another service manager is interviewing us. They ask us about the 13 leadership skills the company represents, and how would handle the GM making a bad decision, and your leadership skills. After that, they said if you have gotten the 2nd interview, you basically have the job. One thing I notice about the black teenage girl is that one of her friends work there, so she basically knows people working there, and I dont. They told me and her, we would get a call, for the 3rd job interview(interview with all the crew members). I never got the call for the 3rd job interview, which I never got the job.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Morrow, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was a group interview. The manager was a hour late and she was very unorganized. She only hired people that have sad stories like ( I lost my job or my parents kicked me out so I need a job )
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Stockton, CA)
Interview
Applied Wednesday, got a call back Saturday. First interview that Monday.
So I did my research on such short notice. It's helpful that you watch the Chipotle documentary so you can kiss butt. In the interview they emphasize a lot on empowerment and top performance.
interview questions
(Process was about 15 minutes)
What do you know about the history of chipotle?
How did you apply for this position?
What are some of your past job experiences?
What didn't you like about your previous job?
Second interview Tuesday
Wasn't really an interview, they said they lost our papers where they were taking notes about us from the first interview. So the kitchen manager just gave us a tour of the front and back of the house.
