Chipotle interview questions

The first interview is via video. However, you won't be communicating with a live person. The Q&A is timed. You have 2 mins to answer the question. 1 min. prior to think about the question. The interview is recorded and then the Hiring Manager/Recruiting watches the recording at a later time to determine whether you'll be proceeding to the next stage. It was too impersonal for me as I like to communicate and body language allows me to know where I stand. But weren't difficult questions, you just get one shot, no backsies.
