Interview
I applied to 6 different Chipotles. I got an interview for 4 of them and already did 3. The first interview there was me and 3 other people with a manager. It went well. Only problem is that I didn't hear back from them. The second interview I had, it was me and a 17 year old with a manager and a co worker. I got an email from them hours later saying they can't offer me a job. The third interview I had was on the same day as the second one, just 2 hours apart. This interview had like 15 other people there. They had to do two separate interviews. It was a manager and a co worker. I got a email from the saying the same thing as the second interview. This makes me not even want to go to the 4th interview that I have in 3 days because I might not get that one either even though it is in a mall. The second interview were surprised that I knew the history of Chipotle maybe I know way too much. Guess Chipotle isn't the company for me.

Interview
Online Application. took about a week or two and after that I got an email to come in for an interview. The interview was a group with 6 others before the restaurant itself opened. The manager of the store asked us a couple of questions about the company, about ourselves and our interests. What we usually got at Chipotle, how often we visit. He was really eager to hear what we all had to say. I had a very stellar group of people interviewing with me and the manager had said they had been interviewing people all week, so when time came for choosing it would be a bit difficult. Overall relaxed interview, but with a serious note since it was for a job to be a part of such an integrative business.

Interview
Overall a pretty bad interviewing experience. Started off with an invitation to do an online video interview through a service called HireVue after I had sent in an online application about a week earlier. While the questions weren't hard (5 questions), the experience was very awkward since you are not talking to anyone, you are just recording your answers for a question prompted to you. Next I had a skype interview with managers of the team. This was very unprofessional. One of the managers was late, and then from the beginning of the interview, they gave off a sense that they didn't want to be there and the interview wasn't worth their time. One manger stopped talking halfway through and moved off camera (just moved off to the side), another one blatantly showed disinterest. While they may have decided early on in the interview that they were not going to move forward with me (I'm not sure if they did or not), their actions came off as very rude and unprofessional.
