Chipotle interview questions

I applied online and 2 days later i got an email telling me to come in for an interview the next day. I went in and told one of the crew members i was there for an interview. He gave me a cup for me to drink and told me the manager would be out in a few minutes. She came out and she was very nice. She asked the basic questions. She gave me the job on the spot. Now i am waiting for my background check to come through. Make sure you do your research on the job. They really want to know if your there for the company or just the money. Also dress nicely and be yourself!

Basically, they emailed me on a Friday afternoon to schedule an interview for Sunday. You don't actually reply, they said only to reply if you couldn't make it. When I get there, there's already about 14 people there who also applied to Chipotle;it ended up being a group interview. They separated us into about 3 groups of 5, and we were questioned where a regular customer would eat inside. Then they had some employees try to talk to us, but one employee and another employee ended up talking to each other for the entire process.
