I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle in Feb 2013
Interview
The process took place over three separate interviews--each interview with a different manager (i.e., kitchen, service, general). They were very straightforward and friendly throughout the process, although I'm sure this process varies depending on location. There are 13 specific characteristics (e.g., kindness, curiosity, honesty, etc.) that they are tasked to determine whether the interviewee possesses, so you will receive a few of behavioral questions as well.

Question 1
Why do you think the restaurant's design is open-concept?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2015
Interview
They called me 45 minutes after putting my application in. After the first interview with both the store managers i had to comeback a week later to do an interview with the GM after the interview was finished she told me to come back 3 days later to do a crew interview. They said they would call me after the crew interview, they never did they just email me saying that they didn't have a position available. This was a complete waste of time and gas money. Don't bother applying in my opinion.
