I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Clovis, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
I applied online and received an e-mail about a week later asking to come by for a job fair interview. It was a group interview with myself, 5 other applicants and an apprentice who did the interviewing. The questions were pretty generic, why do you want to work here, what does food with integrity mean to you, what job experience do you have, etc. I felt that the interview went exceptionally well, the manager, Esme, made direct eye contact with me the entire time, more so than any of the other applicants. She seemed to really like my answers, and even referred to my answers throughout the interview as she explained the company. At the end of the interview she addressed the group, but kept eye focus on me when she told us to expect an e-mail or phone call my
Friday to set up a second interview. I walked out of the restaurant feeling like i aced it and was definitely going to get that second interview. About 5 hours later i received an email saying that after reviewing my application, they were unable to offer me a position at this time. I was honestly extremely shocked and disappointed by the email. As i said, i thought the interview went extremely well, so i'm not quite sure why i didn't make the cut, but i guess that's just how it goes sometimes. I am tempted to call and just ask them why, but i don't think i will. I just want to know!!

Question 1
None really, pretty generic questions. As long as you know what Food With Integrity means, you should be fine.

Applied online - received an interview call about two days after, and walked into the restaurant and had to wait for the first group to finish their interview, and it was two at a time. It lasted about 10-15 min. :)

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Columbus, IN) in Oct 2013
Interview
You fill out an application online and wait for their call. You'll meet with a manager and they'll ask you typical questions about yourself. There are 13 characteristics you have to meet for them to proceed with the hiring process, which are simple (i.e. honest, infectiously enthusiastic, excited). If they like you, they will schedule a crew lunch, which happens anytime in the next week at 10 am. You'll sit and talk with everyone and if they all agree that you'd be a good part of the team, you're in the clear. Wait for another call to fill out paperwork and you're hired.
