Chipotle interview questions

I applied for Chipotle on Monday online and the process was very easy. I got an email offering me a job interview that Thursday at 9am. I show up to the interview only to realize that it was a group interview, something not mentioned in the e-mail. Well, I got there at 8:45am and after waiting there for 10 minutes, the person in charge, a woman, asked "you're here for the interview at 10am... right?" to which we responded, "no, it is at 9am". We were then given the response "oh... ... Well the hiring manager actually isn't in until 10:30am... but let me make a call". While this is all going on, the team members there are cussing and dropping the F-bomb numerous times, but of course, that is besides the point. So anyways, the grill guy offers us cups to get a drink and we all do. A few minutes later, at 9:05am, the person in charge that day told us to move over to the middle table and that she was going to host the interview, of course with the grill cook who sat down wearing his apron still. This is not a slap to the grill cook, but I felt I had to add this in order to explain my negative take on how the whole situation was beginning to unfold. Anyways, she hands the person in the front a pad and a pen and tells us to write our first and last names on the paper and pass it down. Finally, afterwards we get to the interview - if that's what you would like to call this? Our first question was "What is your name and what is your favorite movie?". This question was followed by "What do you know about Chipotle?", which was then followed by "Do you have any questions?". After that question, the person in charge asked the grill cook sitting beside her and across from us , "do you have any questions you would like to ask?" to which he looked at us and said "Uhm... Do you have any work experience?" After each one of us answered, the person in charge said that concluded the interview and that we would get a call back for a second interview based on this interview. Overall, the interview was very unprofessional. How is it that you can set up an e-mail for seven hopeful candidates only to be told that the hiring manager - the only person that really matters - doesn't come in for another hour and a half? I am very pleased with the ideals the Chipotle company as a whole envisions for their brand, but this franchise put the company to shame. It was a new store opening, I found out through a job seeking website, they gave me a phone interview then I got chosen to go the job fair. it started out as 7 of us at one table talking to the gm and service manager. it was great conversation, we talked for hours about anything and everything. then it went down to the solos where I got interviewed by the gm, the same service manager and a random manager. then I had to go through a whole another interview with a different service manager which lasted 30 seconds cause she wondered why I went through so many interviews so I got hired.
