I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Applied online and they called back the same day asking me to come in for an interview the next day. Came in for the interview thirty minutes early, it was a group interview. There was five other people and two managers. The managers asked questions that anyone could answer if you were the first to answer that was better since you could say more. Questions like what is Chipotle all about, what is your favorite animal, what is three things someone would describe you as, like and dislike about your previous boss, etc. After, the managers asked if we had any questions. That was basically the first interview it lasted about half an hour. We were told we would get a call if they liked us for a second interview. The next day I received a call and was asked to come in for a second interview. This time the interview was just me and one of the managers, she asked me a few questions. Like what would you bring to the team, what is your availability, etc. This second interview only lasted about ten minutes, the manager was then going to give me a call back telling me if I got the job or not. I didn't receive the call on the day expected, so I called them back instead and was told they were making final agreements so I waited it out. Called back the following week and to my surprise I got the job! I was told I would be emailed with online paperwork to fill out and call back when I was done. Calling back to the manager telling her I was done I was told to come in for orientation.

Question 1
All the questions were straight forward and easy to answer.
Got the interview through my school's career website. An easy interview, nice recruiters, talk a lot about past experience and how that can relate to their type of work.

What is not on your resume that you would like me to know about you?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jan 2014
Interview
I walked in 15 minutes early and went up to the cashier. I told him I was there for an interview. Apparently people don't normally show up early because they had no idea what to do with me. They told me to sit down and wait. Waited 30 minutes instead of 15-20 and it only made me more nervous. The interview went ok and all the questions were normal.
