Chipotle interview questions

I eat here because I love the food and have never seen an unhappy worker there, so when I was job hunting I decided to apply. I filled out an application online but decided to do a walk-in interview to express interest. It worked! The manager said there on-line application process had been overwhelmed but I should come back another day for an interview the store was busy. I returned and had a great interview with a manager. He was very personable and explained the company's philosophy and expectations. I was asked typical interview questions-strengths and weaknesses, a time you overcame a difficult situation on the job--nothing too tough. I was invited for a second interview.
