took forever. manager was rude. They did all the interview process during operational hours where the customers could hear everything going on. The group interview did not allow anyone to really give anyone a chance to speak. The manager rolled her eyes and jumped the next question in a fast pace because she had other things to do.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied online. Received an e-mail a week later for an interview. First interview was a group interview. I was then asked for a second interview with the general manager. It went well and was told that I would be called in a few days to set up a tour and a final interview. Never received the call and a few days later received an e-mail that I did not get the job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Falls Church, VA) in Oct 2013
Interview
My interview experience was pretty basic and what I expected from a Chipotle interview. I applied online and was called the next day for an interview which we scheduled for the following day. I dressed in khaki pants, a button down shirt with no tie, and sneakers. The interview was pretty natural I walked to the cashier and asked to see the manager for an interview. After a couple minutes the manager came to meet me and we talked right in the middle of the restaurant. I was very polite and tried to show a lot of enthusiasm and energy, which is exactly what they were looking for. I made sure to just be happy and smile at the customers and current employees and to answer all questions as honestly as I could. They also really like individuals who are curious and motivated because Chipotle is a great company for people to grow from general cashiers to managers. I personally did not get asked many questions about the company itself, though I would definitely encourage people to review the website beforehand because i heard a lot of stories about people getting asked about it for their own interviews. The process only took about 20 min and then I was asked for my social security card and a photo id. Unfortunately I left these in my apt so I had to quickly run home and come back. I wound up using my passport instead proving that I was a U.S. citizen. When I got back I was asked more about what positions I would like to do and I was introduced to many of the staff. Right there on the spot I got the position and filled out all the necessary forms with the manager in the back room. I start this weekend.
