I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Champaign, IL)
Interview
The interview questions were normal, they really liked it when you talked about how their food was all natural. They wanted to know why I wanted to work there. They emphasized why they were different than other fastfood restaurants, their brand image, quality of food etc...
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denver, CO) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview process was a bit like speed dating. They put multiple potential employees in separate rooms while their managers move from room to room spending 5 minutes with each applicant. It is a very casual work environment. I am used to working in a business suit everyday and the individuals interviewing me were wearing jeans and sandals. I waited for 30 min with others being interviewed and felt like I had higher quality interaction with my peers than in the actual interview. It seemed very rushed and unorganized.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Marlborough, MA)
Interview
Contacted me with a set interview time and date via email without asking me for a good time. When I emailed back to the email the messaged had said saying I could not make it that day I never got a response. I had to call the store twice to get the manager and talk to him about rescheduling. I have contacted him 4 more times and have not received one call from him back it is always me calling him and he never follows up like I do. Just poor management.
