I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview process is lengthy...one thing to remember is that Chipotle is slow to hire, quick to fire...... and i mean that in the most literal sense...They were quick to contact after the application and they generally hire a group of people at once...They generally send you to multiple 1:1 interviews with the managers and general manager...they are looking to see if you fit their idea of 13characteristics (see chipotle website) the more times they request to interview you the better...usually between 3-5 different interviews.... wow! i know right for everyone it varies! ultimately fairly easy...be true to yourself and honest and do some background research for the company----dont be late!---
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (South Greensburg, PA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I met with two supervisors separately and they were both very thorough in describing the company, the positions available, hours etc.... I was left with very little to ask.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2008
Interview
Was referred by an employee.
Got an interview that was at the downtown office. It was a one on one; then 8 other people came into room and preceded to ask questions--round robin style. Interview lasted approxiately two hours. They were very intimidating and asked a LOT of personal questions.
