I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Lakeland, FL) in Aug 2010
Interview
Recruiters were hiring, I applied, got the interview. Drove all the way to Tampa and wasted an entire day (that I was told would be paid via Prepaid Credit Card that I never received) just for some 18 year old kid whose only experience was flipping burgers for a year to become assistant manager rather than myself. This company doesn't know good when they see it.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2011
Interview
I submitted my resume online. After about a week I got an email offering multiple times I could schedule for an interview. They were set up at a Marriott Hotel and had several tables set up, interviewing multiple people at a time. The first thing I noticed about everyone running the interviews was how relaxed and friendly everyone was. I felt comfortable and relaxed immediately. After that interview I was asked to come to another interview in a couple days, in-store. There I met with two managers who showed me around the Chipotle and introduced me to what I would be doing and how everything runs there. After talking to me some more about myself and the job, they set up another interview with a store that particularly needed people at the time.
