Chipotle interview questions

The restaurant was still being constructed so i met with the regional manager across the street at a Starbucks. She sat me down and asked me a series of questions, and after about 30 minutes she went straight into telling me more about Chipotle and how they differ from other similar restaurants. She hired me on the spot and filled out the paperwork at the same time

Really enjoyed interviewing with the Regional Manager. He was specific but enjoyable to interview with. Would much rather have him as a direct boss than who currently is my boss.
