Chipotle Line Cook interview questions

They sent an invitation to schedule an interview in-person. When I got there, there was someone to interview me 1-on-1. They asked me a couple of questions, and then told me the results on the spot.

The organization is horribly run, with terrible managers who lack the necessary skills to lead effectively. They consistently fail to plan ahead, leading to disorganization and chaos, which negatively impacts employee morale and productivity.
