Chipotle Restaurant Team Member interview questions

I applied online, and 2 or 3 days later I got an email saying they'd like to have an interview. I go to the restaurant, and say I'm there for an interview, and one of the employees ends up interviewing me because the manager was on vacation. I thought it went well, they said they'd send me an email to keep me updated when their manager comes back. That was 4 months ago, never heard a single thing back.

I arrived at the store exactly on time the was asked to take a seat and wait for the manager. After about 20 minutes waiting the manager came and introduced himself. He was very kind and started by telling me about himself, I think to probably make me a little more comfortable with him and the whole process. He asked me a few questions then after a bit of chit chat he let me go on my way. I stuck around to get a burrito and apparently if you interview with them they give you a free burrito.
