I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Garden Grove, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied online. Got a call a week later in the evening. They were interviewing several people at the time, but it was still a 1:1 interview. The hiring manager and I spoke at a table outside in a very relaxed environment. It lasted for about 10-15 minutes, and she was very nice and easy to talk to. However, they were interviewing several people at the time and the chances of getting hired looked very slim, but possible.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was easy enough. I applied online to my location of choice and answered basic questions about what I was passionate about, why I would be a good addition to the Chipotle family, my ethnic background. Everything was online, including submission of my resume and references. I received a response a few weeks later from the Chipotle Hiring Team but was not offered the position.

Question 1
The most difficult question was probably the question of why I wanted to work at Chipotle, specifically.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle in Feb 2013
Interview
Applied online, then three or four days later I got a call for a group interview. Forty minutes after the interview, a manager called and told me that, by mistake on their part, they gave me an interview even though I wasn't 18.
