Interview
I applied online, and received a call less than 24 hours later to schedule an interview. When I arrived, the hiring manager grabbed another employee and sat me down at one of the tables. The interview was very casual, and nothing difficult was asked. They wanted me back for another interview with the BOH, so I came back a few days later. They asked a series of food related questions, nothing unexpected. The interview overall was not difficult nor stressful.

Interview
I showed up at 2:45 and waited quite awhile. There were two other people they took turns talking to. When they got to me I was interviewed by a woman which lasted around five minutes. They said they'd have me talk to someone else and I waited around 30 minutes before talking with a man. The interview with him was a bit longer. Both were very friendly and nice and explained the workplace culture and day-to-day activities. After I was done the second interview they told me they'd sent me an email and gave me free food. When I got home I already got an email telling me I didn't get the job.
