I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2015
Interview
Had everyone sign in, and each interviewee had time with an interviewer. After being approved of by the first interviewer, the candidate moved on to the second and third interviewer. At the end everyone's name and contact was collected - got a second interview and was offered a job then! Everyone was super friendly and we got into telling each others stories, laughing, and having an overall good time. Amazing experience! I was called the day of for my second interview the next morning. Process took a total of 3 days.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was about 40 minutes long and it was a group interview with 4 other people. We didn't wait long at all our interview time was at 9:30 AM and she came out about 9:31. We went outside even though they didn't open until 11. We were interviewed by 2 managers. We also went around in a circle answering the questions. At the end she asked if we had questions for them and when that was done one of the managers said that was it and she would call or email within 24 hours to a week. Also just to add in three of us were 17 and she said there might be a problem with hiring because we can only work certain hours but she would contact us separately.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Clarksville, TN) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied online through the company's website. Received an email about 2 weeks later inviting me to a group interview. I got there 10 minutes early and sat with the rest of the applicants. It was mid-afternoon and we were sitting directly in front of the serving line. This was a terrible interview environment; busy, loud, distracting. We waited for over 15 minutes before two managers came out to interview us. They both seemed pretty laid back, friendly, laughing, but they liked to do all the talking. We were only asked to introduce ourselves and then each of us was asked what we like to do in our spare time. I unfortunately sat at the opposite end of the table from the managers, so I felt like I was shouting each time to answer! The interview lasted about 10-15 minutes.... a terribly short interview to try and 'get to know' 6 people. I had so much more to say, but no real opportunity to say it! I feel like there is no way they could have picked up on finding the '13 Characteristics' in each applicant in the time we were allotted, with the lack of questions asked! I was the oldest applicant in my group, which was comprised mainly of high school students. I did not receive a second interview; I got an email that evening saying that they couldn't offer me a job. What an awful experience!!! I have a degree in hospitality, currently work in a kitchen, and I have been following this company for a while now. I even did a financial analysis of this company for my school work. I was so impressed with their vision, I thought for sure I'd be a great asset. It looks like the company as a whole has a great idea, but at the store level, it's run by young 'millennials' who can't or won't take the time to recognize true talent and passion. Too bad... your loss, Chipotle!!!!
