I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Sacramento, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
First location I applied for called to ask if I was available for an interview the very next day. Was interviewed with another canditate and asked to come back for a second interview.
While waiting for the weekend to be over so that I could go in for my second interview, I got another email from a different location asking for an interview the day before my other upcoming one. I arrived at this different location on time (5 minutes early, actually) and after waiting for 15 minutes, one of the employees asked to write our names and phone numbers down to reschedule since the manager would not arrive for another 35 minutes. I asked if I could come back later for the interview instead. When I arrived 35 minutes later, someone else was being interviewed and I stood aside and waited for their interview to be over before introducing myself to the manager.
They interviewed me right away and I felt more comfortable talking with them one on one than I did at my previous group interview. They really liked me and suggested I think about climbing the ranks at Chipotle because they could really see me being a manager-type. I was offered a job on the spot. Had to call the other location to inform them that I will not be going for the second interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process consisted of one group interview and followed by a one on one staff interview. The interviews seemed focused on getting you to speak of one of their 7 key values.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Kansas City, MO) in Sep 2017
Interview
Arrived early, was given a free soda to relax. Dude running the interview was pretty chill, and he definitely seems like someone I would want to work under. We had a fairly relaxed chat, and the non-hostile atmosphere created an environment in which it was relatively easy to find the right employee (I assume, at least).
