Chipotle Service Manager interview questions

Spoke to a lot of people. I liked how crew members interviewed you as well. I didn't have to come back multiple days which was great. It was very laid back and more like a conversation than an interview.

Hired in from crew and raised to do the interviews, all they were looking for was ambition, energy and sometimes most importantly, just a smile. I'm not sure if they are still using the same model but when I was doing it they were looking for 13 characteristics, and would ask questions designed to highlight these attributes, Polite Hospitable Smart Ambitious Curious Happy Respectful Honest Presentable Conscientious Motivated Infectiously Enthusiastic High Energy These are said to be not teach-able, either you have them or you don't, so just read over them, and embody them in your every day life forever, go ahead, drink the Kool-Aid, I've met some of my best and lifelong friends from this place, and though I left, I wouldn't trade my experience for the world
