Interview
Was told by friend that they were short on Service Mangers. I went and interviewed with the General Manager and an Apprentice of the store alongside him. They asked me some questions based on scenarios about how to treat a customer who is either unhappy with his or her order or how to speed up service while keeping quality. The interview was really to see if you were qualified enough to handle a shift on your own and whether you are good with customers or not.
