There are 3-4 levels of technical interview and a managerial interview. The interviews are mostly taken by the team members. As the role is technical, prior exposure to Cisco technologies is helpful. They test candidate's knowledge, pressure-handling & communication skills. Candidate requires fluency in English as the customer's are global.

Its important that the basics of networking it clear to the candidate. The panel could ask very in-depth questions on IP.

Interview
This role was specifically to handle clients from US by supporting them whenever they face technical issues. First round was an online aptitude and technical screening test out of which around 15% applicants were called for onsite interviews. There were 2 rounds of interviews each around 30 mins. Majorly related to basics of Computer Networks and based on what we answer questions keep building on what we speak.

most of the question were troubleshooting scenarios and some were live scenarios
Also, they try to hammer you with questions to see how you will handle the pressure
