Cisco Technical Support Engineer interview questions

This role was specifically to handle clients from US by supporting them whenever they face technical issues. First round was an online aptitude and technical screening test out of which around 15% applicants were called for onsite interviews. There were 2 rounds of interviews each around 30 mins. Majorly related to basics of Computer Networks and based on what we answer questions keep building on what we speak.

the interview was technical very technical most of the question were troubleshooting scenarios and some were live scenarios Also, they try to hammer you with questions to see how you will handle the pressure Hints memorise the CCNA before coming to the interview
