Nice. Panel are very cooperative, gives you answer if wrong for the particular question . They start with medium level question to difficult level. Lots of candidate's came for the process so it take much time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
write a program to sort a employee object with DOB which is a value of a map and key can be any string?, difference between hashmap and identityhashmap?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Airoli) in Jun 2019
Interview
Everything went well except the second step of the selection process which is the Technical Round. I was interviewed at AIROLI office of CitiusTech, I was asked questions on Tableau which was according to the job profile. I could not understand one point that if the candidate is answering it CORRECTLY then what's the point of saying that the answer was WRONG and then keep on saying that your answers were WRONG. I mean if the person is actually wrong then its okay to say that the person is wrong but if you yourself are not clear with the answers and concepts then kindly do not take the interviews and harass the candidate unnecessarily.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CitiusTech (Nova Deli) in Jun 2019
Interview
HR told me its scheduled interview but it was walk-in interview. It supposed to start at 9.30 am but panelists come around 10.30.
Candidates were waiting for 4-5 hours even for first round of interview. Every panel was taking around 1.30 hour interview. For 100+ candidate 10 panels were there. And yes they did provide snaks but waiting for more than 4-5 hours was terrible. Either filter down the candidates or increase panellists. Candidates were sleeping in conference room. If you asked questions to HR they will tell that either you can wait or leave.
Worst time management by HR team.
And I heard by fellow candidate that it is happening every weekend.
Dont take candidates for granted.
Also after waiting for 4-5 hours and clearing all the rounds they will tell you that we cant offer this much you need to negotiate.
Worst experience ever.
