First round was a technical interview and managerial round then hr round. Here after the managerial round the candidate has to wait for 4 to 5 hours to get hr discussion, which is frustrating. Technical interview was mostly based on core concepts and programming logic.

Simple, 2 rounds with 1st round technical and 2nd round to understand the fit to the team. The HR will then discuss the policies and benefits with the candidate to understand the expectation. Go for more than Infy but less than JP
