CitiusTech Sr Software Engineer interview questions

Having below rounds, 1. Aptitude test 2. Technical interview 3. Management round 4. Hr discussion It's look like good interviewing process but actually it's worst. Because they call lots of candidate and I have seen some of candidate directly put for technical round even they have similar experience. I think it's just because to reduce pressure from their heads. Some candidate is rejected from one panel and they put into with another panel for interview and he gets clear. I have seen this incident. There is lots of mishaps happen in interviewing process. It's genuine interview review.

Interview Process is not good. i got called on jan first week they needed someone who can join withing 60 days, i told them i can join in 90 days, once they confirm and schedule my interview for Technical Round on 12 jan, i cleared that round then after many follow up, they schedule Managerial Round on 17th Jan, and then once i cleared again i had to do many follow up, and then HR schedule a Call and gave me offer on 28 Jan. since now its been a month , they are not replying any update on my candidature and after many follow up they told me that we are not processing your profile . after wasting too much time and sending offer letter, they are saying like they are not processing my Profile. atleast they could have told me earlier. anyways. i do not recommend Citius Tech. worst experience ever.
