I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ClassPass (New York, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
They emailed me to see if I'd be interested in a phone interview. The interview was professional and cordial. I was told they wanted to move quickly to the next step, an in-person interview at their HQ.
They forgot to confirm my interview and I had to follow up with them. After offering my availability, they insisted I come in the very next day. Two of them interviewed and assessed my skills for 90 minutes of my life I'll never get back. They promised to follow up the next day and the person who conducted my phone interview expressed interest in seeing me again soon for next steps. I never heard from them again until I sent my second thank you email asking for a status update five days later. Not receiving a job offer or moving further along in the application process is disappointing, but the reality is every candidate is not a perfect fit. However, having a company 'ghost' you after promising to follow up is unprofessional and disrespectful. How can a company expect to attract and retain great professionals if they don't embody those characteristics themselves? If anyone reaches out to you from this company, regardless the position, don't walk...RUN AWAY.
I don't usually write reviews, but ClassPass is CLASSLESS and I want to spare YOU, the potential candidate reading my experience, the trouble. Don't just take my word for it, read the other experiences posted here and you'll begin to see a pattern of bad behavior.
This Executive Assistant position has been posted and re-posted for over 30 days (like the majority of their other open positions), not due to a lack of qualified applicants, but a lack of competitant, courteous staff. Save yourself an unnecessary commute and look elsewhere for employment. You'll be so glad you did.
Update: Two weeks later, December 15th, they emailed a request for anonymous feedback on their interview process. Are you kidding me? Too little, too late.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied through a staffing agency and was brought in for an in-person interview about 12 days later. I met with a Classpass Recruiter. The open office was visually appealing and dress code seemed quite casual (athleisure, etc). We first sat down and spoke in a conference room, during which time I was asked about my experience, and to verbalize how I'd go about booking a fake trip to Australia. I stumbled with this question as there was no right or wrong answer, and I am not used to verbalizing my process for this, especially for an executive I don't know. I feel a travel booking inquiry could have been asked in a better way. I then was asked to move to an enclosed bubble type space in the office (like a large phone booth), while the recruiter sat in a separate area slacking me directly on a laptop, asking me to complete calendar/travel booking related tasks as a test. I feel that I nailed this part. I received a rejection two weeks later. The reasoning given was that I lacked "confidence" in the verbal portion of the interview. I sincerely appreciated the specific feedback, as it's helpful to me going forward. However, I felt overqualified for the role and feel I excelled in the second half of the interview and deserved to be brought back in.

An executive needs to be in Australia on x date. How would you go about booking this trip from start to finish?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ClassPass in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter from ClassPass who had seen my resume on another website. We traded some emails back and forth trying to schedule a time, but it seemed like the recruiter was overwhelmed with work because after a few emails I didn't hear anything. Then, I got an email from someone else saying they would take over my interview process, and we were able to schedule a time for a phone interview.
On the phone, my interviewer sounded pretty neutral, and it was fairly straightforward. We talked about the position and the role within the company, which basically amounted to being a personal assistant for one of the execs - very clear from the duties described. I sort of hinted that I wanted something with more responsibility within the company, or more varied tasks, and it seemed like that wasn't really an option. I asked my interviewer about her experience working there and she admitted she'd only been there a week, so after that I wasn't so sure where to go.
Didn't end up getting an offer, but it probably wouldn't have been a good fit anyway, so no harm done. Overall very straightforward and non-threatening interview process.
