Complex interview questions

The interview process consisted of four rounds. The first was via phone with HR, which after reviewing the position and my background progressed me to the second round. The second round was via Zoom with two sr. managers for 30 minutes. The third round was with the Director on the team and the last round was with the department SVP and Sr Director via Zoom as well. The process progressed fairly quickly over the course of a month. While disheartening not to receive an offer the process was pretty good with HR being very transparent and responsive.

First Interview was with the internal recruiter to go over background. The second interview is with the hiring manager and included an excel test. After interviewing with the hiring manager I was told I was going to interview with the CFO. They asked when I would be available and I let them know what days when best. A day goes by and I never heard back so I followed up. They respond saying that they already decided on a candidate. So I never got a chance to do the last interview that I was told I would have. This is a very unprofessional company.
