It have taken very long time since the first interview, two account changes and long waiting periods for communication whit the recruitment staff. But the staff and managers are kink and charming.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
