That the first step you have to do your best in interview. And it also depend on vacancies in different process. There are two process 1. Domestic 2. International. Which process is good in Concentrix that cannot be judged. Your customer support agents can now handle multilingual tickets.
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
