It was a wonderful video interview. The interview was fast and easy. It was also fun. They give you a deadline on when to complete the video interview and remind you when you get close to the deadline.

Going through resume and knowledge check about windows and adobe. Show know how to pitch in sales. Should know the technical parts of windows and Mac in order to clear the ops round
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
