É uma entrevista muito tranquila. Perguntam sobre você, sobre suas experiências de forma breve e também perguntam se você conhece sobre o produto que vai atuar. Mas acredito que não seja eliminatório, pois eles oferecem todo o treinamento sobre o atendimento e sobre o produto.

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
