Interview
Simple one-on-one interview with open ended questions. Then followed by a few tests for listening and speaking, logical thinking and problem solving. The tests were quite average and felt also aimed at testing English language proficiency other than testing candidates mental capacity.

What would you if you were faced with an angry costumer?
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
