After being reviewed I was called for an online interview. Most of the questions were behavioral as it was a non technical role. I tried to answer them based on my real experience rather than a simplified one. I still do not know how I did as I am waiting for their response. It was a recent experience

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
