Interview was easy after applying you have to do their online assessments where it will be tested based on the english language and some situational questions after that Hr will call you for the interview. It will be a simple interview regarding your experience and knowledge in tech/customer support.

Interview had two assessment rounds and one interview. 1st round was Versant Test ( English test) and the other was typing test. Interview was based on technical support like why do you want to join, how will you handle angry customer.
