I applied in-person. I interviewed at Concentrix (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Aug 2015
Interview
Typical. Business-like and smug. More often than not, the interviewer seems to be always agitated with time and will cursorily rate the interview. Its a hit or miss thing and more often once passing the interview, you discover that the supposed offer or set-up is different on the second training day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was the most interesting event or experience you had in your work? How did this lead you to who you are today?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Daleville, IN) in Apr 2013
Interview
Computer tests, basic customer service and availability questions. A little about yourself and why you want to work there. All over a basic experience. I've not administered those interviews and they are just to figure out if you can speak proper English and talk without using slang terms.
