DHL Supply Chain Operations Manager interview questions

1st call was from recruiter. Took about 30 min on the phone interview. Reviewed resume and past experience. 2nd step was in person interview with General Manager. Met for almost an hour seemed to go positive. Was told would be followed up with. Never heard anything for over 2 weeks. I called for follow up and they said they would get back to me. About a week later got call from recruiter saying they were going with another candidate.
