Daikin Engineer interview questions

Intial phone screen with recruiter. Then had three other interviews with individuals within the company. These were supposed to last 30 minutes but last over an hour each. very clear communication.

I felt that the interviewer was overbearing and disregarded our dignity. I heard that asking the opposite question is encouraged in interviews. Since the company is located in Osaka, they may be trying to determine if the candidate has guts.
