Danone Account Manager interview questions

Unprofessional approach. I was informed by e-mail about scheduled call for a chat (it was stated like this in the mail invitation). I was not informed that it will be video call conference call and that is actually the first part of the interview. So i was not prepared at all. After that i was advised that the result will be provided within 2-3 weeks because of August vacation period. It has never happened and I have never received any feedback.
