Pros

Learning curve was goods, there is so many thing that you can learn along the career, and you will get involved with a lot of projects and testing on top of your daily task. Benefits package was above market can offer. They have additional 5% EPF contributions, insurance coverage and bonus was good.

Cons

Since alot of project on going, you need to struggle with daily task and testing at the same time especially closing week. Time management was important here or else you won't get the job done on time and impacted the whole team. In 2025, they still on hybrid that need to come office three days per week, and they are not that flexible in terms of working period. Expect the overtime almost every day due to workload when you are in R2R team. Only some teams like treasury/AR are okay and have the work life balances but depends on the manager. Office politics /racism exist but focus on your work then you are good to go. If you are in the R2R team, difficult to have long leave due to no backup and need to work on your own arrangement how to complete the task during the period.
