Pros
Nice salary, the workload isn't low, but fine. There are companies way worse. You can work as much as you want and always will have more to do, but none care much about what you're doing. Diversity is the biggest bullshit I've ever seen, none cares for real, the director doesn't;t know anything (ANYTHING!), and they are in the "hug gays" era yet. Doing by obligation, not by heart,
Cons
zero stability, it changes the strategy, the organization, the objectives every 6-10 months, impossible to complete one full cycle. High management doesn't know what to do, they want to be clean and green, but they need margin (as any company), so they live in an internal war between both. Your life depends on the VP agenda, if they like research, we will do research; however, if they are bold enough, forget it, we do what they need (no process). They burn budget with stupid things.
