First was a CV screening, followed by a few online assessments on Test Gorilla and then an online interview with someone from Wiser on Google Meet for 15-20 mins to discuss the role and motivation for applying. The next step is an immersion day at the office and then after that I think is the offer stage.

Applied online, then did a 30 minute video call with the recruitment partner. They asked questions about my interest in the role and Danone, plus some competency style questions. Was told I would hear back about the next step (immersion day) within a few weeks. Still hadn't heard back after 4 weeks. Emailed and then finally got a negative only a few days before the immersion day.
