Deel Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

It’s consist of 5 rounds. Recruiter screen-> Hm interview > prospecting and mock call-> associate director -> culture fit. Even though it’s lengthy but it’s fairly fast. Same day results and overall interviewers are great. Friendly

First 2 interviews were good. Sadly the role play session was highly unprofessional. The 2 SDR managers joined 5 mins late from a noisy beach cafe in Thailand with flickering internet and random shirtless people popping into their frame. Their attitude was rude and dismissive from start, feedback was baseless, and the role play itself was unrealistic with wild expectation. Can't imagine working under them.
