Deel Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

I received a direct referral from a sales manager at another tech company (networking connection) to one of the sales directors at Deel. The interview process was straight forward and I knew what to expect at each stage. It started with a 15 minute call with the sales director, then I was set up with an SDR manager for a 30 minute video call, then I received an at home assignment (choose a company that fits their ICP and find the right prospect; create mock email and prepare for mock cold call), then had the final interview with the sales director and SDR manager that I already spoke to. This is when I presented my assignment, walked through what improvements I would make, and did a mock cold call with the SDR manager. The sales team at Deel (NAM) is top notch. They are easy to get along with, personable, and helpful with asking questions about how to improve. I couldn't be more excited to work with them!

It was a very well structured interview process that was easy to follow. I was given updates about my stage and what the next steps were. The interviewers were kind and asked insightful questions.
