The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Definity (Waterloo, ON) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was first called to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview I was given an overview of the job and salary and was asked about my previous experience. Some questions I recalled were related to how I had contributed to my team, how I interacted with colleagues and accomplishments I was proud of. I was also instructed to complete a Microsoft competency text online. About a week after the phone interview I was called back for an in person interview. In that interview I was met by 2 of the team leads for the department I was applying for. The questions were all behaviour based and asked for me to explain how I had reacted to or what I had done in previous situations. I was told that I would be contacted in roughly 2 weeks after the interview to confirm if I was the successful candidate.
I found the overall interview process comfortable. The manager who was interviewing was easy to speak with. The in office interview was relaxed and more so a conversation rather than an interrogation.
My recommendation for applicants would be to come prepared and ask lots of questions.

Interview
Honestly, at first it seemed like a great company to work for. Offered no insight to how they pick their candidates and picked them through a group process. The interviewers seemed disinterested like they already decided prior that you would not be picked, like the other comment it seemed more like a popular contest than an interview. There were two candidates that were from their parent company that were shown being heavily favoured, and cold to everyone else. If you are going to show favouritism in an interview that’s highly concerning as to what happens if you actually work there. Honestly before you apply this company puts on a facade of treating their employees well but it’s not the case, it’s also a call center where you are rated by clients which in theory sounds great but if all you get is clients who are not happy with the product and not you, you’ll never get good results. Your rating by clients determine what type of shifts you receive. Honestly, look elsewhere, don’t bother working for sonnet. Although they seem like a good company it is not and you are better off working for a company that doesn’t disguise them self as different and so tech forward. This interview was probably the biggest waste of time, do not even bother because from what I heard they interviewed 50 candidates and only hired 2. You are better off using that time and applying elsewhere.

Save yourself grief as I have spoken to several of people working here it’s not the company it pretends to be.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Definity (Mississauga, ON) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was predominantly behavioral questions. We begun the interview with questions which related to my background and experience. The next set of questions were general and broad behavioral questions. The last set of questions focused on behavioral questions which related to the company's values.
