Friendly Team Lead and potential co-worker. Took turns asking one question each from a question booklet: Behavioural, ethical, problem solving, etc. They also asked me to complete a short Excel exercises.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted 1 week after my initial submission. A phone interview was then set up (which was around 45 min. long). The phone interview focused on my knowledge of the company, why I'd like to work there and why the position interests me. There was an emphasis on past employers and what you liked most and disliked most about my jobs/employment experience.
A few days later I was contacted again in order to set up an in person interview with two HR reps. The interview process was pleasant, transparent and fair - as were the HR reps. My first impression walking into the office was that the atmosphere was very professional. The questions were predominantly situational and behavioural, with some of the questions relating to the company's core values and how you've exemplified them.
A few days after which, I was contacted for a second interview with the department head. This interview had a lot of parallels to the first interview, but the questions were much more open ended in order to determine why you'd be the better candidate and what differentiates you from the rest. Once again, very formal, professional and pleasant.

Phone interview and typing test followed by an in person interview with an HR representative and a team lead about a week later. Typical structured questions followed by behavioural questions. The behavioural questions were to do with their core values so make sure to prepare some examples how well you work with others, how you deal with conflict, criticism, ethical behaviour at work.
